La solicitud de concesión de aguas subterráneas debe reunir los requisitos y trámites establecidos en el Título III, Capítulo III, Sección III, de este Decreto. A la solicitud se acompañará copia del permiso de exploración y certificación sobre la presentación del informe previsto en el artículo 152 de este mismo estatuto.
