En la providencia que imponga la servidumbre se indicará la propiedad o propiedades que quedan grabadas, el sitio de captación de las aguas o de ubicación de las obras, la ruta y características de la acequia, del canal, de las obras de vertimiento y del acueducto, y las zonas que deben ocupar estas, de acuerdo con los planos aprobados.
