Una vez expirado el término de objeciones el Instituto Nacional de los Recursos Naturales Renovables y del Ambiente -INDERENA-, procederá a estudiarlas; en caso de que sean conducentes ordenará las diligencias pertinentes. Una vez practicadas estas diligencias y, si fuere el caso, reformado el proyecto, el Instituto Nacional de los Recursos Naturales Renovables y del Ambiente -INDERENA-, procederá a elaborar la providencia de reglamentación correspondiente, y expedida ésta, su encabezamiento y parte resolutiva serán publicados en el Diario Oficial.
