Con el fin de garantizar el cumplimiento de lo establecido en la respectiva resolución de permiso de explotación del material de arrastre, el permisionario deberá suscribir a favor del Instituto Nacional de los Recursos Naturales Renovables y del Ambiente -INDERENA-, una póliza bancaria o de una compañía de seguros en cuantía que determinará en cada caso el Instituto Nacional de los Recursos Naturales Renovables y del Ambiente -INDERENA-. La vigencia de la póliza será por un tiempo igual al del permiso otorgado. CAPITULO II Permisos especiales
