En las solicitudes para aprovechamiento de agua para refrigeración de maquinarias, la solicitud deberá contener, además de la declaración de efecto ambiental, el dato exacto de la cantidad de agua que se necesita para dicho fin y la memoria descriptiva de las operaciones practicadas para determinar el caudal del río o de la corriente, así como de las operaciones de lavado comprendida la periodicidad, el lugar y el sitio donde se produzca el vertimiento de las aguas servidas.
