El Instituto Nacional de los Recursos Naturales Renovables y del Ambiente -INDERENA-, podrá suspender temporalmente o declarar la caducidad de una concesión de aprovechamiento de aguas para uso industrial, conforme al procedimiento previsto por el artículo 250 de este Decreto, si vencido el plazo señalado no se ha construido y puesto en servicio el sistema de tratamiento de aguas residuales para verterlas en las condiciones y calidades exigidas en la providencia que otorga el permiso de vertimiento.
