En los casos a que se refiere el artículo anterior, una vez otorgada la respectiva concesión se considerará formada una comunidad entre los distintos beneficiarios, con el objeto de tomar el agua de la fuente de origen, repartirla entre los usuarios y conservar y mejorar el acueducto, siempre y cuando los interesados no hayan celebrado otra convención relativa al mismo fin.
