La parte resolutiva de la providencia en la cual se declara la extinción del dominio, deberá publicarse en el Diario Oficial o en la "Gaceta Departamental" dentro de los quince (15) días siguientes a la ejecutoria de la providencia, a costa del interesado si se declara a petición de parte, o del Instituto Nacional de los Recursos Naturales Renovables y del Ambiente -INDERENA-, si fuere de oficio.
