En la audiencia a que se refiere el artículo precedente, las partes deberán solicitar todas las pruebas, las cuales serán decretadas durante la misma cuando sean pertinentes y practicadas en un término que no excederá de treinta (30) días, que fijará el Instituto Nacional de los Recursos Naturales Renovables y del Ambiente -INDERENA-, en la misma audiencia. Será de cargo del dueño presunto de las aguas la prueba de haberlas usado durante los tres (3) años anteriores.
