De acuerdo con lo dispuesto en el Decreto 703 de 1944, las vacaciones, tanto del personal científico como del subalterno, las concederán los Gobernadores respectivos consultando las necesidades locales de cada Oficina Médico-Legal, y copia de la providencia respectiva será enviada al Ministerio de Justicia.
