º . VIGENCIA Y DEROGATORIAS. El presente Decreto rige desde la fecha de su publicación y deroga además de las normas que le sean contrarias, las siguientes: Artículos 13 y 22 del Decreto 1372 de 1992, artículos 4º y 6º del Decreto 1250 de 1992, y el Decreto 2208 de 1991.
