º . REGISTRO NACIONAL DE EXPORTADORES. Los exportadores que realicen operaciones durante el primer trimestre de 1993, que den derecho a devoluciones y/o compensaciones, deberán inscribirse en el Registro Nacional de Exportadores a más tardar el día 31 de marzo del año 1993 y sólo a partir de dicha fecha podrá exigirse el cumplimiento de tal requisito para efecto de proceder a la respectiva devolución o compensación por las operaciones efectuadas desde el primero de enero de 1993. La renovación del registro será anual y deberá efectuarse en las fechas que para el efecto señale el Gobierno Nacional.
