º . OPORTUNIDAD PARA SUBSANAR REQUISITOS PARA LA PROCEDENCIA DE LA EXENCION EN LA ZONA DEL NEVADO DEL RUIZ. Los requisitos y certificados de que trata el Decreto 1889 de 1988, que no se hubieren presentado antes del 30 de marzo de cada año, podrán ser subsanados en las etapas de determinación y discusión del impuesto, siempre y cuando se demuestre que las condiciones para hacer uso de la exención se cumplieron dentro de la oportunidad legal.
