º . DECLARACION Y PAGO DEL IMPUESTO DE TIMBRE. Los agentes de retención del impuesto de timbre deberán declarar y pagar el impuesto causado en cada mes, en el formulario de "retención en la fuente", junto con las correspondientes retenciones por los demás conceptos, incluyendo los valores retenidos en el renglón "otras retenciones" y dentro de los plazos que indique el respectivo decreto reglamentario.
