º . IMPUESTO DE TIMBRE EN CONTRATOS DE SUMINISTRO DE COMBUSTIBLES. En los contratos cuyo objeto sea el suministro de combustibles derivados del petróleo sometidos al control oficial de precios, el impuesto de timbre se causará a la tarifa prevista en la ley sobre los márgenes de comercialización establecidos por el Ministerio de Minas y Energía incorporados dentro del respectivo contrato.
