º . INSTRUMENTOS PUBLICOS GRAVADOS CON EL IMPUESTO. Para efectos del impuesto de timbre, se consideran instrumentos públicos sometidos al gravamen, además de los consagrados en los artículos 523, 524, y 525 del Estatuto Tributario, las escrituras públicas en los términos del inciso segundo del artículo 519 del mismo Estatuto y los contratos administrativos.
