º . REQUISITOS PARA SOLICITAR LA AUTORIZACION PREVIA DEL CONSEJO NACIONAL DE CIENCIA Y TECNOLOGIA. El Consejo Nacional de Ciencia y Tecnología, establecerá mediante acuerdo, la forma y los requisitos, como han de presentarse a su consideración los programas y proyectos de investigación científica o tecnológica, para efectos de obtener la autorización previa a que se refieren los artículos 125 y 158 - 1 del Estatuto Tributario. De igual manera y mediante resolución, procederá el Director del Departamento Nacional de Planeación para efectos de la autorización previa de que trata el artículo 428 - 1 del Estatuto Tributario. En todo caso, el pronunciamiento deberá producirse dentro del mes siguiente a la solicitud presentada en debida forma.
