La Gerencia Ingeniería de Procesos y Mejora Continua es responsable de promover la arquitectura, estructuración, diseño, rediseño y mejoramiento continuo de los procesos y procedimientos, para que los mismos puedan generar un valor agregado y cumplir con los niveles de servicio ofrecidos por la entidad. También es responsable de administrar la estructura organizacional, de manera que esta responda a la necesidad de los procesos, así como a los objetivos estratégicos y tácticos del Banco de forma eficiente y dinámica.
