En el caso previsto en el artículo anterior, la Armada Nacional remitirá al INPA por conducto de la Capitanía de Puerto respectiva, el informe de la aprehensión poniendo a su disposición los productos y elementos decomisados preventivamente. El INPA resolverá en definitiva, en la forma más expedita.
