El INPA determinará la sanción correspondiente en cada caso y regulará el monto de las multas tomando en cuenta las cuantías señaladas en el artículo 55 de la Ley 13 de 1990, y considerando la gravedad de la infracción, las circunstancias en que se incurrió en ella y la clase de actividad pesquera que ejecute para el efecto el infractor.
