El Plan Nacional de Desarrollo Pesquero deberá contemplar la ejecución de programas de capacitación pesquera a cargo del Servicio Nacional de Aprendizaje, SENA. Las empresas pesqueras prestarán las facilidades del caso a los trabajadores que sigan cursos de capacitación pesquera.
