Las Corporaciones Regionales y demás entidades de derecho público que, por delegación del INPA, conforme a la facultad concedida en el último inciso del artículo 13 de la Ley 13 de 1990 y en el artículo 17 del presente Decreto, asuman competencia funcional para la administración y manejo de recursos pesqueros, deberán cumplir y hacer cumplir las disposiciones legales y reglamentarias que regulan las actividades de pesca y de acuicultura.
