La asistencia técnica pesquera se prestará por profesionales en áreas de conocimiento de la actividad pesquera, tales como: Biología Marina, Biología Pesquera, Ingeniería Pesquera, Tecnología Pesquera, Economía Pesquera, Derecho Pesquero y, en general, por quienes tengan títulos profesionales afines, expedidos en el país o en el extranjero debidamente reconocidos y validados, según las normas vigentes.
