Corresponde al Instituto Nacional de Pesca y Acuicultura, INPA, de acuerdo con lo dispuesto en el Decreto 1946 de 1989, transferir a los usuarios intermediarios, la tecnología pesquera y acuícola que genere, valide o ajuste, sin perjuicio de prestar directamente a los usuarios finales el servicio de asistencia técnica en sus áreas especializadas.
