La asistencia técnica pesquera, tiene como objetivo lograr el aumento de la producción de los recursos pesqueros, mediante la aplicación de técnicas apropiadas e integrales que aseguren la eficiente y racional utilización de los medios físicos, humanos y financieros. La asistencia técnica servirá como medio de comunicación especializada y permanente entre el usuario y el INPA.
