Para realizar la acuicultura comercial, se requiere permiso. Para su obtención, el interesado deberá presentar al INPA solicitud con los requisitos que éste señale. La Junta Directiva del INPA establecerá el procedimiento para autorizar la realización de actividades de acuicultura experimental o científica.
