El permiso de procesamiento se otorgará por el INPA, mediante acto administrativo que, además de lo previsto en el artículo 57 de este Decreto, deberá contener lo siguiente

Ubicación y características de las instalaciones y equipos.

Volúmenes y sistemas de procesamiento.

Sistemas de control de calidad.

Obligación de presentar informes periódicos sobre el desarrollo de las actividades autorizadas.

Término del permiso, que se fijará teniendo en cuenta la naturaleza y duración de la actividad pesquera. SECCION 8 Permiso de comercialización.
