El excedente de los productos que se obtenga de la pesca de investigación, será entregado al INPA, para ser colocado en el mercado interno o para ser donado a entidades públicas de beneficencia, en concordancia con lo previsto en el artículo 43 del presente Decreto. El INPA decidirá, en cada caso, la conveniencia de la recepción de dicho excedente. SECCION 6 Permiso de pesca deportiva.
