A la pesca de investigación tiene derecho cualquier persona natural o jurídica, nacional o extranjera, de acuerdo con lo previsto en los artículos 21 y 22 del presente Decreto y previa obtención del correspondiente permiso otorgado por el INPA. También podrá ejercerse mediante asociación con el INPA, conforme a lo previsto en artículo 105 del presente Decreto. Para obtener permiso de pesca de investigación, el peticionario deberá acompañar a su solicitud el correspondiente plan de investigación, en los términos y con los requisitos que establezca el INPA, mediante acto administrativo de su Junta Directiva.
