La harina de pescado se elaborará utilizando los excedentes y desperdicios resultantes del procesamiento de los recursos para consumo humano directo, así como con especies que no se puedan emplear para tal consumo. La Junta Directiva del INPA determinará las especies susceptibles de aprovecharse para la producción de harina.
