Las personas que pretendan realizar labores de extracción pesquera industrial marina, deberán acreditar que poseen instalaciones propias o contratadas, debidamente autorizadas por el INPA, para el procesamiento o comercialización de los productos pesqueros. Con este mismo propósito, podrán acreditar el contrato de prestación del servicio de procesamiento con una empresa autorizada.
