Para los efectos del artículo 27 de la Ley 13 de 1990 y con el fin de lograr la integración y la racionalización de las investigaciones para el desarrollo pesquero, Colciencias actuará en estrecha coordinación con el INPA. Para este propósito, Colciencias será invitada permanente a las reuniones del Consejo Nacional de Pesca. CAPITULO II. De la extracción.
