Los tres delegados del Presidente de la República, a que se refiere el numeral 7 del artículo 15 de la Ley 13 de 1990, provendrán de organizaciones gremiales de pescadores industriales, de pescadores artesanales y de acuicultores, respectivamente, y se escogerán de ternas enviadas al Ministerio de Agricultura por tales organizaciones siempre que acrediten personería jurídica.
