En ejercicio de la facultad que el artículo 13 de la Ley 13 de 1990 le confiere, y previa autorización del Ministerio de Agricultura, el INPA podrá delegar, mediante acto administrativo, una o más de sus funciones en otras entidades de derecho público. La Junta Directiva del INPA establecerá las condiciones generales de la delegación de funciones. Los términos específicos de la misma se estipularán en convenios que deben celebrarse entre las entidades delegante y delegataria.
