El Subsector Pesquero está conformado por los organismos a que se refieren los artículos 9º, 10, 11, 18 y 23 de la Ley 13 de 1990. En consecuencia, la estructura orgánica del Sector Agropecuario, establecida en el artículo 1º del Decreto 501 de 1989, se amplía con la incorporación del Instituto Nacional de Pesca y Acuicultura, INPA, y de la Corporación Financiera de Fomento Pesquero, Corfipesca.
