º Con el fin de definir las especies, los volúmenes susceptibles de ser aprovechados y las tallas mínimas permisibles, conforme a lo dispuesto en el artículo 7º de la Ley 13 de 1990, créase el Comité Ejecutivo para la pesca, integrado por el Subdirector de Producción Pesquera del Ministerio de Agricultura, quien lo presidirá, el Gerente del INPA y el Gerente del Inderena. El Comité se dará su propio reglamento, el cual debe ser aprobado por el Ministerio de Agricultura.
