º . La modalidad de las sesiones será decisión del Presidente de la Corporación o de quien haga sus veces, quien deberá informar de la misma a la totalidad de los miembros del concejo. En ausencia del Presidente del Concejo o quien haga sus veces de acuerdo con el reglamento de la corporación, el Alcalde Municipal hará la convocatoria e informará de ello a todos los concejales, indicando la modalidad de las sesiones.
