Si la mercancía hubiere sido objeto de donación asignación al servicio de la Dirección General de Aduanas, destrucción pérdida o deterioro, se reintegrará el valor señalado en el acto que declaró el abandono; el que indique el avalúo administrativo realizado por el funcionario competente o el que se hubiere señalado para las mercancías dentro del proceso penal aduanero, según el caso.
