El pago de las participaciones reconocidas, se determinará tomando como base el valor liquidado de la venta de las mercancías, descontando el quince por ciento (15%) por concepto de gastos de publicidad, almacenamiento, transporte, manejo, y ventas. El valor liquidado de la venta de la mercancía es el valor de adjudicación deducidos el impuesto al valor agregado y demás tributos que graven las ventas.
