La base de la oferta pública, subasta o cualquier modalidad de venta, será como mínimo el sesenta por ciento (60%) del precio del mercado, fijado por el funcionario competente. Cuando quede desierta la venta, se procederá a determinar un nuevo precio a la mercancía.
