º El Fondo Rotatorio de Aduanas responderá por la respectiva pérdida o daño de las mercancías que ingresen para su custodia, siempre y cuando el daño obedezca a razones imputables al Fondo Rotatorio de Aduanas y no sean ocasionados por el deterioro de las mercancías producto del tiempo de almacenamiento, o de condiciones inherentes a las mismas.
