º La Caja de Protección Social queda en la obligación de mantener un encaje líquido de no menos del treinta por ciento del valor total de los depósitos de inmigración para atender a las devoluciones a que haya lugar. El valor de este encaje se mantendrá en la Caja Colombiana de Ahorros.
