º La Caja de Protección Social de la Policía Nacional podrá invertir hasta 70% del valor de los depósitos de inmigración, en obras de carácter permanente que produzcan un rendimiento no inferior al 3% anual, y siempre que tales obras beneficien a la Policía Nacional o a sus empleados.
