DEROGACIONES. Deróganse las siguientes disposiciones: Ley 38 de 1887, Decreto 223 de 1932, Ley 13 de 1937, Ley 85 de 1945, Ley 60 de 1967, Ley 20 de 1969, con excepción de los artículos 1º y 13, Decretos 1244, 1245 y 1249 de 1974, Ley 61 de 1979, artículo 254 del Código Contencioso Administrativo, igualmente se derogan las disposiciones legales que adicionan o reforman las antes mencionadas y en general cualesquiera disposiciones contrarias a las normas del presente Código. Se exceptúan de esta derogación las normas vigentes que señalen gravámenes o contraprestaciones en favor del Estado a las minas amparadas por títulos de adjudicación o redimidas a perpetuidad.
