APORTES A ECOMINAS. Las áreas de reserva especial minera antes denominadas minas fiscales, seguirán asignadas, a título de aporte, a la Empresa Colombiana de Minas. En esta categoría se incluyen las minas de esmeraldas de Muzo, Coscuez y Peñas Blancas, cuyos linderos están descritos en los artículos 1º del Decreto 400 de 1899 y 2º del Decreto 912 de 1968 y las de metales preciosos conocidas como de Supia, Marmato, Distritos Vecinos, Guamo o Cerro de Marmato y Cien Pesos.
