CONTROL DE LA SUPERINTENDENCIA DE CONTROL DE CAMBIOS. La Superintendencia de Control de Cambios queda facultada para reglamentar las actividades industriales y comerciales de oro, plata y platino y ejercer funciones de control y vigilancia sobre las mismas, exceptuando las actividades mineras de explotación, beneficio y transporte de dichos metales reglamentados por el Ministerio de Minas y Energía.
