NUEVAS SOLICITUDES Y PROPUESTAS. En el reglamento, al establecerse los nuevos requisitos técnicos a que deben someterse las solicitudes y propuestas, se fijará la fecha en que se hagan exigibles teniendo en cuenta el tiempo necesario para que el Ministerio implante los métodos, sistemas y procesos documentales y mecánicos que exijan dichos requisitos. Antes de tal fecha, las solicitudes y propuestas se presentarán de acuerdo con las disposiciones anteriores.
