PETICION DE PRUEBAS Y DOCUMENTOS. En el curso de los negocios mineros no se podrá pedir a los interesados pruebas, documentos, informes o datos cuya exigencia o necesidad no esté prevista expresa y específicamente en este Código o en sus reglamentos. La violación de esta prohibición será causal de mala conducta para el funcionario que ordinaria o incidentalmente deba conocer de dichos negocios.
