MODO DE HACER EL REGISTRO. El proceso de registro de un título minero o documento se compone de la radicación, la calificación, la inscripción y la certificación. Este proceso deberá cumplirse, salvo excepciones especiales dispuestas en este Código, dentro del término de diez (10) días hábiles, contados desde la presentación del documento o ejecutoria de la providencia emanada del Ministerio.
