REGISTRO ORDINARIO. Cuando un acto de los sometidos al Registro Minero establezca, modifique, grave o cancele un derecho sobre la propiedad inmueble superficiaria, deberá además llenar el requisito de su inscripción en el Registro de Instrumentos Públicos y Privados, de acuerdo con la ley civil.
